About

What this site does, and who does the work

This site collects your request. A service partner scopes the work, agrees it with you and carries it out.

Who this site is for

Owners and managers of small and mid-sized US businesses who want help with paid advertising and the steps after a click. Some have never run ads. Some have an account that someone else set up and nobody watches now. Some run ads fine and then lose track of inquiries once they arrive.

Duty Nail Lead Gen gives each of them one place to describe the problem and ask for a quote. A service partner reads the request and handles the conversation from there. The rest of the site is reference material: what each service covers, how an engagement runs, and the questions worth asking any provider.

Who does what

The service partner sets up and manages the ad accounts, drafts ads, builds or edits landing pages and forms, installs tracking and connects lead routing to your inbox or CRM. It reports on what was spent and what was recorded.

You provide the offer, the facts about your business, logos and photos, approval of ads and pages, and access to your accounts. In most setups you also pay the ad platforms directly, and you answer the inquiries. Decisions on budget, and on what your ads are allowed to claim, stay with you.

Where the line is

Some things sit outside what this site and its service partner offer. Ad placements on a private network: no, ads run in Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn accounts you own. Lead lists or pay-per-lead batches: no. A promised volume of leads or sales: no, because ad platforms and buyers decide those. Legal opinions on ad claims, privacy wording or texting consent: no, that is for your counsel.

What is on offer is the practical work. Campaigns, pages, forms, tracking and follow-up setup, run inside your own accounts and reported to you.
