This form is how a quote request reaches a service partner. It is not a sign-up and not a purchase. You describe the work, the partner replies, and you decide whether the proposal makes sense for your business.
Give your work email so the reply reaches the right person, and a phone number if you are happy to talk it through. The consent box covers being contacted about this request. If you would rather keep the first exchange to email, say so in the notes.
A checklist before you send
Run down this list and skip anything that does not apply.
- Business name and the website you advertise
- The service you want help with
- Current ad accounts and who has admin access to them
- Tracking already in place, such as GA4 or Google Tag Manager
- Your CRM or lead inbox, if you have one
- How quickly someone on your side usually answers a new inquiry
- A budget range for ad spend and a separate one for management
The first reply
The first message you get back comes from the service partner who would do the work. It usually asks about the gaps in your request: what a good lead looks like for you, what the ad budget is, who has access to your accounts. Answer what you can. If you do not know something, saying so is fine.
Some partners like a short call before writing a proposal, especially for accounts with history. Others can work from email. Either way, the proposal comes in writing so you can read it properly and compare it with other options. Accepting it is up to you.
